Maseches Bechoros Daf 11b and 12a

How did they say in our Mishnah that So you can't say that where this animal was already in the possession of the Kohen, because under those circumstances, we learn the following.

When our Mishnah says that you're allowed to take this animal and put it in the pen to be counted for Myserm, That obviously cannot be talking about a case where the Kohen was given that animal, because if it was given to the Kohen, it would be potter from Maiser.

Ella, first of the long lines, it must be Beisrael.

And what's the case where the Jew owned it? This guy's having a rough day.

He's got 10 pitre chamor that are a safek.

meaning we're not sure what the status is of this animal.

It looks like sheyayan.

It's seyan.

It's the plural of se, of a sheep.

So it says the Gemara, he's mafresh on them, and then he gives ma'aser, and he gets to keep them.

So that's what the Gemara says must be going on in our Mishnah, that when our Mishnah says that when we put this animal back into the deer, it must be talking about Israel.

And says the Gemara, this idea is reflected This idea from the Breisa is reflected in the Shita of Rav Nachman, second of the wide lines in Yud Alef, Amar Alef.

Same exact case, the Ukimta that we just gave to our Mishnah on Daftes, that Yisrael was the one who owned the animals, and he had a case of ten.

Same exacted.

So what we see is that Rav Nachman's din is reflected in a breisa.

It seems that that's the case.

It must be that Rav Nachman didn't see that breisa, because otherwise it doesn't make sense that Rav Nachman would say a word-for-word quote.

Good.
