**You Cannot Sit at Two Tables: Guarding Your Marriage from Spiritual Compromise** What table are you sitting at? In this powerful episode of the **Covenant Army Marriage Podcast**, Brent and Lucy…
I mean, obviously, we're going to be talking about spiritual warfare and specifically about this scripture today, that 1 Corinthians 10, 21.
And prayerfully, it grabbed you right from the top, because when you look at God's Word, there's something about it that's powerful.
And this is a verse, as I was doing my Bible study that I came across, and man, again, it's one of these verses that just punched me right in the gut.
I'm like...
I read over this before, but today it hit different.
And I just want to read it again in its full.
It's 1 Corinthians 10, 21.
It says, So not even a little bit? Not even a sip.
It doesn't even say, like, you shouldn't drink...
Maybe drink just a little bit, a quarter of a cup.
You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons at
the same
time.
At the same
time.
And guys, this is from the Word of God, which is powerful because there's so many of us, even Christians that we have spoken to, that don't lean into spiritual warfare, don't talk a lot about angels and demons and those kind of things, because it's one of those things that maybe we don't understand so well, so we don't have conversations about it.
But if you look throughout scripture, there is many, many scripture verses, many times that Jesus himself is talking about demons.
and angels, and the things of the
spiritual realm.
It's more that it's been more, I guess, commercialized or mainstreamed through different movies and shows or whatnot, so people think
they're caricatures.
It's pretty wild.
