what is it? You take a traditional bench press and you sort of make it so much longer.

It's probably around about four metres long and it's about a metre and a half wide, narrows out where the head is.

You don't have to be strapped down, but it makes it more safer because part of the rules is if your lower half of your body moves, it's a red light.

It has to be a dead pause, like a motionless bar on your chest before you're allowed to press it.

And then you've got to press it evenly with elbows locked out at the same time and then hold it before the ref gives you that command to re-rack it.

So, honey, I go to the gym and my personal best for bench pressing is 28 kilos.

What do you press? Well, in training, I've gotten over 150 and this is a one rep max.

In competition, it's like obviously a very, very difficult sort of like environment to lift in, the pressures and the stresses.

Yeah, well, you think about when I first did it at Comm Games, I think I won bronze on 127.

I mean, if you look at the difference in the weight, it's very slow, but every one kilo, and I'm sure you'd appreciate, as soon as you put one kilo on, it feels like you've just slapped on a 20-kilo plate.
