So we need to make sure we go back to having those conversations about how do we make sure we're doing development well by transport, well-serviced locations, near a train, near schools.

I think about Brisbane, there's some areas around, say Morningside or Wynnum, perfect locations for transport-orientated developments where nurses, police officers could jump on the train, head straight into the city and have a great quality of life rather than travelling an hour and a half because it had been pushed so far out of it.

And that's where it comes back to how do we have bold, courageous conversations with community? How do we say FISOs don't stack on five storeys but it will stack on six? Here's the levers that council need to pull from an infrastructure waiver point of view.

What incentives does state government need to give to make that project work? And how do we work collectively? Because no one's going to solve it on their own.

We're very lucky.

Yeah, I spend a bit of time, even though I live in the eastern suburbs near Wynnum.

Obviously, I spend a little bit of time up at Redcliffe because one of my close mates, you know, Paul Chambers, Ro and I go up there quite regularly and run with Paul or we hang out at Redcliffe Park Run.

And I've got to say, Redcliffe Park Run is one of my favourites in Brisbane, even though in summer it can get a bit hot and brutal.

We're installing new CCTV cameras this financial year, adding them to our CitySafe network in Milton, Spring Hill, New Farm, Bowen Hills, Woolloongabba, the CBD, Fortitude Valley and Wynnum.

The expanded coverage is part of the Secure Communities Partnerships Programme with the Queensland Government and will help deter crime, reduce vandalism and support police investigations.

The cameras join our network of more than 4,700 cameras CCTV cameras across Brisbane.

Yeah, and obviously this comes down to, you know, in our level, you've obviously still got Redcliffe, you've got the Dolphins.

You know, they're never going to be short of funding, right? Same with these, Wynnum, Blackhawks.

In our competition, our Host Plus Cup competition, you've pretty much got two levels.

You've got the ones at the top, and they might get $1.5 million from their leagues club.

I think wildcard around is working for AFL because they're They needed to try and advance the grand loss that rugby league has taken off them.

And then the first month, the whole competition having a bye thrown in, which seems a ridiculous way to start your season.
