Meredith GoldbergGuestBenHostI love that.

I love that you're doing the homework, the research to create, like, this really unique experience, but obviously stuff like that has to scale.
I think every one of us as marketers wishes, like, we were marketing to a person one of one, and we could just make the perfect experience-
... like the dream package, all that kind of stuff.
How have you figured out how to scale this guest experience? Is it through personas? Like, obviously, are, are you kind of grouping them into, like, "Okay, they're here for this reason.
This is what we can do"? How have you managed to do that?

A lot of times, you know, with, with hotels, we, we have packages and offers on our website that are constant.

When you work for a bigger company that has loyalty programs, you're gonna get a lot of that loyalty guests that's coming in because they want the points.

Then, you know, we try to keep kind of, like, one of, one of each open, so, like, at any time we'll have...

We try to keep at least, like, four or five different offers running at a time at the properties where I work.

So we'll have, it'll be, like, length of stay, so the longer you stay, the more you save.

So that attracts kind of that guest that knows that they need to be in the city for a little longer.

So that attracts the gue- that's, you know, more for the guest that we know is coming on the weekend.

We do, you know, depending on time of year, we'll open and close parking packages.

People that may be driving shorter distances are not flying as much, so, you know, we'll have a parking package open.

So it's really kind of looking at the time of year, who's coming, what those needs are, so we have those evergreen offers that are kind of always on.
I love that.
