And the reason that I'm really excited to dig into today's conversation, I mean, there are several reasons, but one of the main ones is as I get into the back half of the year, as things start to get a little wacko for me with work and holidays and travel and friends and family and all that sort of good stuff, I really look to delegate um, delegate in the official capacity, like at work, even delegate in my personal life, you know, Hey, my sister-in-law can do this.

And so as I was like looking, know learning looking into this subject um uh as as it does in the universe when you start to think about something i like got hit with one of sam's post uh on linkedin kind of like right when i needed to hear it so i don't know if you follow sam yankovic you should if you don't already uh he's amazing and i really love him and the way he teaches and the way that he kind of puts information out there because He has spent years studying something that sounds really simple, but actually causes an extreme amount of frustration.

And I always think that's really interesting because know how how do we all get on the same page he has an amazing concept that i'm sure we'll get into today called uh the commitment conversation that i think is really important and it's basically how we move beyond kind of yep yep yep got it got it got it to really making sure that people understand what we're asking for what has been promised And not sort of, oh, yeah, like, wait a minute.

So really just figuring out what needs to happen kind of before we delegate, how to communicate what done really looks like, and, you know, how to get on the same page about what to expect.

So without further ado, please raise your cup with whatever's in it, which we will not ask about, and welcome Sam to our coffee chat.
