Kim Kaupe

[upbeat music] Welcome to Coffee with Kim.

I'm Kim Kalp, and every week, you and I sit down with fascinating, smart, and talented leaders, CEOs, and founders so that we can copy their homework.

If someone knows how to do something really well, I wanna know what it is and exactly how they're doing it.

Get ready for aha moments, gems of wisdom, and little-known tips and tricks that we can steal and use in our own lives.

Any resources or tips and tricks that get put in the chat today, we will put those in the show notes so that you do not miss out on any of the tactics that are shared here today because I know that we have a lot of overachievers here like Shelby [laughs], and everybody might have a tip or five about how they stave off the overcommitting tendencies and really kind of rein in that burnout.

So just kind of like a quick workshop agenda overall, we've kind of done the first part which is meet each other.

I'm Kim.

I'm so excited that you're here.
