So again, we were speaking earlier, Ken, you were saying about how modern medical instruction would be equal to the programs to be submitted.

Yeah, I think for myself personally, it's the first large precast project.

So there's been a lot of planning and a lot of lessons learned from our other developments that we've delivered over the last few years.

So O'Flynn Group contracted us as main contractor here to develop this project in collaboration with the LDA.

There's 594 apartments, so there's huge efficiencies to be gained by learning how to do things properly and doing the correct order 594 times.

So the amount of planning and pre-planning that went into it, this was built digitally before we were here last year on site.

And we can see the benefits of that now.

So an awful lot of work went in to planning the logistics, obviously, but the modern methods of construction are informed by our attack plans as to how we fit out.

We work our way back to see if we can simplify in terms of services, in terms of the structure itself, and in terms of creating the high-quality aerators and so on and so forth.

at the end of the process.

So precast was a big one.

We used prefabricated balconies as well.

So they had to be built into the structure and all that feeds back down to the piles that go into the ground to carry the load ultimately.

So an awful lot of planning, I would say, an awful lot of hours spent before anybody came to site.

I think we were saying earlier, when you were on site here last year, it was maybe 50 people on site.

Now we're up at 350 people, and we're going to peak next year between 450, 470, something like that.

So for those people to work efficiently.

pre-construction had to inform that as well, but we're seeing the benefits of it now.

So last year, it's not a wide open space here.

Space is at a premium here now.

So yeah, I would say learning from other projects and bringing those learnings into this one has delivered efficiencies that you see the benefit of late next year and in early 2018.
