I guess, how do you get the message across to people and make sure they understand that there are constraints here with life services? How do you get messages across to people? And similarly, is there feedback, any concerns?

Yeah, absolutely.

It has to happen really before we put a bucket in the ground, as Ken has explained.

You look around us and see what we have to deal with.

So the whole thing about planning from a very early stage, absolutely critical.

As a role as PSCS, we were fully aware of our obligations in relation to that.
