There'll be some constraints.

Yeah, the site previously was the Nissan base from country.

So with a lot of car parts base, and then you'd get shoulder rooms and your garages and factory rooms, warehouses on the site.

So when we came in, the enabling works were done by the ESB, so they dropped 38 KV off that line, just ducted through the site.

It runs diagonally through the site on the main corridor, parallel to an existing septal mill water main.

So both of those are critical pieces of infrastructure.

And then overhead, we have 110 KV cables, which traverse the site.

I guess just going back to yourself, Ken, in terms of the planning phase, you were mentioning categories of cranes here and so for heavy lifts, what is the planning around that?
