And then I'm excited by this encyclical because it's diving into and this is what encyclicals do.
There of this time, the Pope is a human who is writing to the church and the wider audience.
So all of the all those who all the denominations who are paying attention to the Pope and his teaching in Christianity.
So the audience is not even like the lay faithful.
It's all people to say the church has an opinion about this and it's of this moment.
So when you go back into encyclicals in the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and you pinpoint things happening in those encyclicals, they are timeless, even though they were responding to things happening in that year or in that decade.
And so they hold true in a way that helps us be in a bit of awe of how the church works, that we have a leader who has, who takes on the flock in a way that is a direct line to God.
So, and all the way back to St. Peter.
So all that to say, I love reading encyclicals.
I'm really nerd out on it.
And, but here's, here's what I think.
So if it's intimidating, so I always like to read things on paper.
You know, like this is, I did double sides, but this is,
this is 52 pages.
You didn't just have chat GPT summarize it for you? No.
Oh my gosh.
Never.
I'm just kidding.
No way.
I know.
And I print everything too, so no judgment.
Do you? Okay.
But what I learned, so over our friends over at University of Notre Dame, they ran a webinar like right away, like week and said, what are the what are the big things right away? So I'm appreciative to their advice in pointing us to certain paragraphs.
