Son of a Critch: the final season

Listen, congrats on the fifth and final season of Son of a Critch.

And what the hell? Last year, I had nothing to do.

I sat aimlessly in Orangeville.

Why were we waiting another year for this fourth season or fifth season?

Well, there was a couple of scheduling things there, too.

And then somebody had to do a big movie, which is very important.

And of course, I'm talking about me, the Maple Moose Mysteries.

Keep an eye out in which I play Maple.

Wonderful lady.

But no, there's a few scheduling things and whatnot.

And the intention was always to come back and And to have it be, you know, it was always meant to end the year Mark graduates high school.

And then there's a little couple of episodes after that of him kind of finding his feet.

And then we finish.

And it just seems like the right time.

And it seemed like we're very happy.

I've always known how I wanted to end.

Like the first scene was kind of written when the last scene was also written the same day, in my mind anyway.

And we're just happy to get to that point.

um everyone's you know it it's beyond that after high school it didn't really interest it's not as interesting as you know you leave that family dynamic behind you went out into the world like that's when i stopped living at home so um and also young mark as young benjamin is now uh has become a young man so it's a whole different set of adventures but uh You know, we got to the finish line, which is one way or another.

We got there.

It's pretty rare.

And am I catching up with you all literally like the next day? Like, have you finished rap? Have you shot the entire? Wow.

Yeah.

How emotional was that? It was overly emotional.

The scenes were quite emotional that we were shooting and the cast and crew themselves were quite emotional.
