Then in the next Pesach, Tapchem, your small children, Nesheichem, your wives, Gercho Asher Bekerav Machanecho, and converts, Mechoitei Veitzecho, from the woodcutters, Ad Shoyev Meimecho, to the water carriers.

And he's referring here, he's starting from the top, Rosh Echem, your leaders, your heads, the heads of tribes.

during the time of Moshe Rabbeinu, just like the Givonim would come during the time of Yehoshua.

And Moshe Rabbeinu ended up giving them jobs, the lowest level jobs, woodcutters and water carriers.

As Hashem told you, and as He swore to Avram Yitzhak and Yaakov, and then He goes on to say, and it's not only with you who are present here today that we're making this, have an end, this bris, we're including those who are not with us here today, meaning all future generations, We're including all of those who are present with us, standing here with us today before Hashem.

And all of those who are not here with us today, referring to all future generations.

And one of the things that he points out is, This appears in Hilchas Pi Kodayim in Choshen Mishpat, chapter 5.

Rav Nassim Zal says there that we read this before Rosh Hashanah in order to broadcast this message to the entire Jewish nation that everyone from the top to the bottom, the highest to the lowest, needs to gather together and join together with genuine ahava, with love, within the highest level of holiness, and plug into the kot she'kadoshim, the holy of holies.

We know that Yom Kippur, which is the conclusion of what we start on Rosh Hashanah, the ten days of tshuva, The climax of Yom Kippur is where the Kohen God was able to enter into the Holy of Holies, the highest Kiddushah possible, and represent and include the entire Jewish people with him.

So here, Rav Nassar is telling us that on Rosh Hashanah, we're going to be also joining together like this, gathering together like this, and plugging into the Holy of Holies, in which was found the Evan Shesia, the foundation rock from which Hashem created the world, which Rabbeinu Zal shows in chapter 61 of the Kudem Ram, that this is another nickname for the Tzaddik, the greatest Tzaddik, who is referred to as foundation, Tzaddik Yesoy Doilam.

And Rav Nassar says this is telling us that everyone needs to travel to the tzaddik on Rosh Hashanah, and by joining together with this even shesir, which Rav Nassar refers to as seichel hakoilel, each and every individual person has seichel, has knowledge, has intellect.

And the Zohar HaKadosh tells us that the intellect of a person is what can sweeten any negative judgments against the person.

Everything gets refined and improved and corrected in machshava, in thought, because the thought of a person, the neshama, is referred to as the brain, the thought, the seichel of a person.

But when we join together on Rosh Hashanah, when we come to the tzaddik, here everybody is coming to the seichel hakoilel, a mind that encompasses the minds of, that includes in it the minds of all 600,000 Jews.
