But, uh, th- but there's been a lot of interesting changes recently with the Ontario Landlord Tenant Board and stuff, stuff going on there.

They said, in big letters on the top of the form now, it says, "This is a legal document," and it says, "seven days." And I was like, "Jack."

Um, if before you have a non-payment hearing, tenants must pay 50% of their arrears if they're gonna raise any additional issues.

Um, there is a N12 notice with 60 days notice plus one month's rent, or 120 days notice and no compensation.

Um, I, I personally don't think that they're huge changes compared to, like, the backlogs that we see, but at least they're a step in the right direction.

Um, so that's, that's something that I think people should be aware of, for sure, of our Ontario-
