so to bring it back to the landscaping company for a little bit, what I, what I hear you saying is that you automated a lot of the things that you were doing, like handling phone calls, both inbound and outbound, um, setting up sales appointments, um, Customer follow up.

And then also some of the administrative stuff like chasing invoices and things like that.

Is there is there things on the operations side specifically that you also automated outside of like maybe scheduling?

Yeah, so I don't work in that business anymore, but my husband, he now manages everything with AI.

He gets a new customer and again, AI is going to let him know where and when it should be scheduled in the service.

We also track, we have dashboards that get automated with like all the numbers to know exactly how much time our crews are taking to service the property and how much time they should be taking, right? So what they're taking versus what they should be taking, we see that on dashboards.

We're able to just see and just have AI analyze everything and let us know like where we're at.

It will analyze the spacing, what he needs to do, the scope of work, and then just create a proposal for him.

So with Crewless, is Crewless a software that you've built or is it more of like a service where you go in and help build agents customized to businesses?

Yeah, so I started as a consultant, which is basically that second option that you mentioned, where I go into a business and I just help them.

Okay, just how do we streamline those operations, right? I've been kind of moving towards because I found that I'm capped.

I can only do so much, right? I'm still attaching my time to it, which means that I can only serve a limited number of people.

So I started a program where I help business owners just kind of like I have packaged up every single system that I've built for my own company and they just access it and we have weekly calls and they're able to just figure out how to...

I guide them on how they can implement all those strategies into their business and how they can really use AI to just move faster.
