Podcast Host Anthony Jenkins Jr. breaks down how the loss against Alabama still can bring a successful season for the Bulldogs and how that Saturday matchup played out. Are they excused of the loss…
So the number one thing I feel like the reason we lost, you know, despite other circumstances, I feel like the main one is the start.
And out of all the games of the season that we could have started off slow, this game right here was not the time to be starting off slow.
We've seen that they average 40 points a game, all right? And we, and we've been five games into this season, so that's definitive that they have a high-powered offense.
Nobody has held them to under, uh, 40 points so far, now that I'm thinking about it.
Um, which I don't know what their rank's in, um, in the nation, but like I said, it's definitive that they have a high-powered offense.
I mean, you have scored 50 in two of your matchups, and the lowest points you scored this season is 38.
That's, I mean, that's not good of course, but it's like you can live with that.
But letting them lead to touchdowns, you're not gonna win football like that.
And it just simple as that, like not really much you can even say about that.
Being down 0-14, it, this, this already kinda throwing the game right there.
I mean, but Kamario I'm pretty sure knows that he, uh, I mean, he was, he was a shell of himself.
Now I can't, we can't say that this Alabama, I feel like in my opinion, is different than the past Alabama Nick Saban era just because of their offense.
I mean, you got a whole bunch of quarterbacks that have got drafted, especially running backs that got drafted, and wide receiving that got drafted, but they never been known of just scoring 40 plus points each game.
Uh, and, and at least, and at least like their defense never been, they always been dominant as well.
