Oh, look, and there's so much great research now that shows that HRT is so important for women, in particular their longevity, and to avoid sarcopenia.

And whenever we host our little longer retreats, we always get our ladies that come along to do a Dutch hormone test so that we can understand exactly where their hormone levels are, what their estrogen is doing, what their progesterone is doing, testosterone as well, and cortisol levels.

Because it's so important for you to understand what's happening with your hormones, and then hopefully they can take that blood work and go to the doctor and then get the support they need to get the prescription for HRT.

Your estrogen level could be fine at one point during perimenopause and then plummet once you get into menopause.

So it's something that you should be constantly checking for on a regular basis.

Just on those growth hormones, how did they compare? If somebody was just wanting to take a growth hormone secretagogue, how does it compare with simply doing resistance training or eating enough protein?

Resistance training is literally training your muscles to live longer, stronger, be better.

But if you're not training, if you're not exercising your body, it's breaking down.

If you look at muscle as an organ, they say that at 40, you want to be able to deadlift 100 kilos to be able to lift a baby at 90.

There's all these crazy correlations that Peter Atiyah does in his book, Outlive.

And it's just the preservation of muscle is everything when it comes to longevity.

And if you look at all these blue zones, and these people living long lives, there's two main components.

There's that mental stimulation, it's about social, because isolation is one of the leading causes of death, loneliness.

But number two is all of these places, people just walked everywhere, and they live on hills on the side of mountains.

It's getting that body moving and keeping it moving, because once your body stops moving, it breaks down.
