And I love just how anchored you are into your faith because it is important to not just look at things physically.
physical, spiritual, emotional, mental, all four pillars have to be standing in order to truly be healthy.
So a lot of the women that listen to this podcast are extremely overwhelmed and they are checking all the boxes.
They're in the workplace or running their business or taking care of their family, right? And some of them are in a place As I mentioned, that do want babies so bad and they are almost essentially trying to control everything.
And while I want you to talk about that a little bit, because I know some of the listeners might be confused, especially since I speak about it.
But when we put those tools in the place of God and they become the idol, that becomes a problem.
