We're going to get into some rapid fire questions in a second, but I just have two more before we get into that.

Like, I think having Steam Whistle trust me to lead marketing and now the Roundhouse feels like, you know, I always used to admire Steam Whistle when I was younger in my career.

I'm the boss? You guys trust me? So I think sometimes I just have to stop and reflect and feel very, very good about the opportunity to get to do the work that I do every day.

Yeah, but like, I mean, I feel like I'm good at compartmentalizing, but I think it's also like fear feels very intuitive to me.

So if I see a problem, I feel like I very naturally understand like what the solution should be and I can kind of immediately take steps.

I think when I get stressed is when I feel like I'm like, I don't know the answer.

the somebody has to be the calm presence so i try to uh yeah i try not to to let things affect me at the end of the day and i tell this to team all the time it's like we sell beer

yeah that's what i tell my team we're not there's no one dying on a operating table we if we make a mistake we'll fix it tomorrow yes or we'll fix it in the moment but we'll fix it the stakes are the stakes are
