NFL Week 1 Picks & Predictions + 3 BEST BETS

Marco, we're not gonna talk about Wednesday Night Football because basically by the time, if you're not an insider, this video gets up, that game's gonna be kicking off.

So we're gonna go straight into Thursday Night Football.

Melbourne, Australia, 49ers three-and-a-half, four.

We've seen it bounce back and forth on the odds logic screen all week long.

48-and-a-half here is the total.

We know I love those divisional underdogs.

[laughs]

Do you like the Niners?

Yeah, Kelly, when you're looking at week one and this is, you know, basically how I attack things.

We've got to listen the entire off-season about which teams, you know, got better, which teams are the favorites to win the Super Bowl.

Then we got to see three pre-season games.

That doesn't mean anything.

You have teams that go 0 and 3 in pre-season and they go to Super Bowls.

You have teams that go 3 and 0 and don't make the playoffs.

The pre-season means nothing.

But the public likes to overreact to everything, and there's not a team coming into this season that's had more hype than the LA Rams, and why? Well, we know how loaded this team is.

Last year, basically they were a play away from probably going to the Super Bowl, and what did them in last year was their defense.

The offense, uh, was great up and down the field every game, but they gave up a lot of points.

What happened in the off-season? They went out and got the big-name defensive player.

They got Myles Garrett from the Browns.

You got a defensive player of the year moving over to anchor down your defense.

That catapulted them to be the favorite to win the Super Bowl, and then the news come out.

He's coming out of retirement, and Aaron Donald back in the fold for the Rams.

So the hype can't be any bigger on this team, and you're playing on a neutral field in a division rivalry.

And don't get me started about there should never be a game played in another country that's a division game.
