I use AI all the time which is exactly why I think we need to talk about it. AI can help us organize our thoughts, research a topic, write the email and see something from a different perspective…

And we are discussing AI today and why AI isn't it and how to stop actually outsourcing your intuition.

And this is very relevant because with us spending time more inside alone on our phone, on our couch, we are scrolling, we are outsourcing, we are researching, we are finding answers and connections that we aren't necessarily having in person while being on a dock having a drink in the sunshine, okay? Do you get where I'm going? And I have spoken to many people about this prior, and I have a hate-love with technology.

Right now, I am here recording a podcast in my own home space, which is so lovely and I'm so fortunate to do, and then I'm able to put it on a platform to then get spread out to multiple different platforms and really be accessible to any of those that want to listen.

However, we live in a day and age where we cannot simply keep up with the speed in which things are changing.

You honestly wake up, and you have to train yourself to lower your cortisol, to tell yourself it's gonna be okay, to tell yourself you're safe enough to go about your day in a calm state.

That takes practice when we are constantly living in a place where we are inundated with so much information, with so much access to absolutely everyone and everything that we could possibly think of.

We want something that is, again, three clicks away, and it can hold our attention for about 20 seconds max.

It's kinda sad, and it's kinda scary, and we are new-ish in this generation, right? I am of the millennial demographic, and I am very protective and loving and nostalgic about my youth because we are of that generation that kinda had the best of both worlds.

We know what it's like f- to have the simplicity and not have the access and the rapid speed of everything moving at a million miles a minute, but we also know what it's like for tech to be introduced and then all of a sudden us to be connected to our friends.

But for those that are in the millennial demographic, you know what I'm talking about.

Now, for all you little beans that only know this way of life, and for us that have now fully adjusted, it is very, very bittersweet.
