Like I said, the areas we want to touch on for those taking notes, because alhamdulillah, when we take notes, we activate a different part of our brain.

And that is, first and foremost, the power of belief, right? What does it mean to have belief in Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala and what informs that belief? Self-perception, right? How we view ourselves is really important.

So first and foremost, I want to talk about the idea of our beliefs and our self-perception and how this plays one of the most crucial roles when it comes to overcoming challenges.

And why, you know, this is kind of the starting point and to make sure, inshallah, this is part of our belief system is, again, many of us have pain and blocks in our life because of this missing link where we don't believe that we're priced in front of Allah.

We don't believe that we necessarily have value or we only equate our value to a very limited value.

very limited understanding that only when I do this, this or this, then I have value.

And so inshallah, we're going to try to change some of this narrative for ourselves.

We're going to try to, inshallah, empower ourselves with the words of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala from a place of strength, where you will start to see your value, inshallah, in a different light.

And hopefully, you know, that's going to connect you even deeper to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, right? So that's the heavy, big intention I have for you.

Because Alhamdulillah, when you set a powerful intention, you are going to bring about, you're going to invite blessing into Alhamdulillah, the work that you're doing and this time that we'll spend together.

So Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says in Surah 65, verse 3, and Allah says, And whoever relies upon Allah, then he is sufficient for him.
