Denise CambiottiGuestThank you so much for coming to this seventh episode, and it's been so lovely to chat with you.
And I went clear today, so for those that are watching the video rather than listening to the auditory, you can see the golden color.
Um, I, I wanted to do that 'cause I actually really wanted to hold it today and hold that mug.
I wanna give everyone a little bit of a background, so you have some idea about circulation, about the sex organs, about meridians, how they, uh, this is all gonna work together.
And to give you this background, then the conversation can take off, um, because you already have a little bit of background rather than us doing background and conversation at the same time.
We have reproductive health, so that's the ovaries, the uterus, the prostate, and testicular function.
We have blood flow and cardiovascular rhythm, as well as emotional connection and intimacy.
So we don't often think of our emotions as being linked to an organ system in this way.
There's glandular and hormonal balancing, and the stress response, as well as survival mechanisms.
So if we're not feeling safe, we'll go into tension, then this system may go into some challenges.
Together these systems influence how we manage stress, sustain energy, experience joy, and regulate our internal rhythm.
I wanted to bring forward some of the muscles because I'm always fascinated by this element in the way that it comes together and which muscles are linked to which ones.
So from the Touch for Health perspective, the key muscles that come together for circulation-sex meridian are gluteus medius, the side of the hip; the adductors, which allow you to pull your legs in; gracilis, which comes from the hip down to the knee; soleus, which is on the lower part of the leg; and gastrocnemius, your calf muscle.
So we have from the hip through the inside of the leg, connecting through the knee, down through the leg, um, to the lower part.

You've blended the muscles of the circulation-sex meridian and the triple warmer meridian.
