Basically, I think in some way, I don't know if you're familiar with the fetter process.

I haven't gone through that, but I interviewed a few people who work with that.

so I think this Jules story is kind of fetter four and five, desire and ill will, because desire and ill will, at least based on my understanding, I'm not an expert in Buddhism, yeah? So I'm just basically explaining my journey, let's say my personal experience.

So, but in Feather 4 and 5, desire is not really that there is anything wrong.

But the issue is believing there is something wrong with the fact that I'm short and that it should have been.

difference and it should have been different and this creates a form of anger at the universe i don't really remember when and how i understood this probably it happened slowly you know in a lot of mini lights with many ideas many realizations and at the end i kind of tried to synthesize it together and i i structured it under this idea of the schultz story the first one the first pillar is the should story.

And if someone can remove this, that if you can really remove from your vocabulary the word should and could and the idea that there could be an alternative reality, it's really life-changing because it removes regret, it removes...

the anger what we call unhealthy because there is also there is also a healthy form of anger which is boundary setting so if someone disrespects you it's fine to get angry as a way to express a boundary but if you get angry because you think that think that let's say it's raining and you think it should be sunny and you get angry because you think there is something wrong with the universe that's let's say a very unhealthy anger
