You know, the reason they started their business in the first place So before we get into what's changed for you, specifically around using AI, which will be the topic of our conversation today, can you tell us what your business used to look like and what were you spending your time and weekends even doing?

So my business used to look like a 60 hour week minimum pretty much all the time.

And anytime someone wasn't able to do something, I ended up stepping in to cover it.

Um, even though it wasn't necessarily my role, uh, because I knew how to do it and I felt bad to, or like, I felt like I couldn't say no, um, because I knew how to do it and it seemed easy.

Um, you know, they're the book stops with them and that's, In regards to like decisions and your strategy and where the business goes.

But in regards to actually getting things done day to day, that shouldn't be the case.

And then, and it didn't matter whether I was delivering for a client or doing admin work in my own business or catching up with a cashflow or running KPI reports or whatever it was I was doing.
