So if some of these people you didn't even know before they became the backbone of these agents, how did you determine who was going to be, who you were going to model each agent after?
10:07
So the way I did it was I started having a conversation with Claude.
10:12
And the first thing is I gave Claude all of the information about my business, about, you know, what I do, who I do it for, what are my offerings, what are my price points, what's my profitability, like all of the information about the business and what are my goals are and all of that.
10:31
Then I gave it everything about me.
10:33
So the results of every personality test I've ever taken.
10:37
So like my strength finders, my disc assessment, my human design, my Enneagram, all of that.
10:45
And I told it a little bit about me as a person.

16:38
that is that is definitely a limitation of co-work that i hope they figure out how to fix
26:00
What would those tasks cost you, do you reckon, if you'd hired somebody to do them? Or what were they costing you when you were doing them with your many hours in a week? Oh, my
26:10
gosh.
26:11
So the first two things I had my EA do.
26:15
So one was reviewing my emails and drafting them.
26:19
Yeah.
26:21
And cleaning out my inbox.
26:23
Yeah.
30:44
Um, so I, a friend of mine, when I shared the email, uh, that you sent with a few people somebody it prompted a conversation with a friend of mine who made the point that ai is becoming the same white collar baseline skill that excel was from around 2005 onwards everyone was expected to use it but 20 years later most people still only use about five percent of what excel is capable of doing so if you run a small agency or coaching practice What can you do now to ensure that you're using more than the 5% of AI's capability? So you can get the one app on your competitors within a year.

those words.
33:33
Uh, right.
33:33
But, um, the picture that I always think of is somebody who like, they get a shiny new hammer and they start running around their house going, what can I fix with this? You know, can I fix this pipe and start hitting a pipe and it just makes it worse.
33:47
And it's like, No, don't like AI as a tool.
33:51
And just like any other tool in your house, you it sits in a nice little toolbox until you need it for a very specific thing that it was designed to do.
33:59
Right.
33:59
So AI itself.

What do you mean by that? And how how would you tell our listeners like what like what what can they do to curate the right room?
