Steffen HedebrandtHostLauraHostHow, how, where, kind of, uh, like, how do you divide your time now between, uh, like, Brendan the creator and Brendan the agency owner?

Um, there was a really famous YouTube video back in the day, I forget the name of the person who made it, it was called, like, One for Me, One for Them, where it's like I'm gonna do one video for me that I wanna do on my YouTube channel, and then one for, like, the algorithm or one for a brand or something.

I think this is just a tension to manage of this constant, like, back and forth between client work and then also, like, my own creative stuff, writing my newsletter, posting on LinkedIn.

I would say the majority of my time is definitely spent on client work, but my, one of my favorite things to do is definitely create content.

Like, there are so many days where I'm like, "Oh, I wish I could just, like, write my newsletter and just-"
