so and so long and then You're going in and obviously you spent a very dedicated amount of time to get into this contest, so obviously having that confidence behind you to win.

You know, is it something, you know, I was talking to Paolo Basso last week about, you know, and he had been doing it for quite a while.

And it was something he almost had to win just to, you know, say, you know, I don't think he would have left it without.

Are you the same? In the case that you had come third, would you have done it again?

And I said, listen, I've been devoting six, seven years just to study, study, study.

And, you know, with all due respect to people doing it, you know, over and over again and not stopping collecting the titles or whatever.

So was there one secret sauce to winning for you? Was it just that preparation or do you think you had advantages over other people? I mean, obviously, you have the food background, which is an advantage in one way or one side.

I mean, you're a very skilled taster, so that gives you or is it just the ability to kind of calm the nerves, so to speak, on stage? Obviously, you've become our emcee over time, so you have a stage presence or a comfortability being in that with a crowd around you doing this.

Well, that actually came with the preparations because I was always more of an introverted.
