that's cool video game design is incredible all right okay i have a next question what's something about how rob works that you didn't expect going in but now really respect

i think it goes back to this like high agency high openness tension where like you are very like opinionated and you know, you like, I think your first instinct is like to make something happen.

Like you do a good job of taking initiative, but I think the thing I did not expect is that you're also like, given that you're highly open, like you are open to push back and you're open to new ideas and like you will, you know, like, You'll apply structure, but then in the context of like other people being okay with that structure and, you know, like you're surprisingly flexible for having that be like your first instinct.
The most Anna thing that Anna does is when a conversation with a guest is going in a direction and she knows what questions she does this.

But then sometimes if we have, I think sometimes that does mean that I will have a tendency to like derail.

And, you know, sometimes it's like not related to the news we wanted to talk about.

I feel like the prompts and questions are there just to steer the conversation into something new.

Was there a moment that a guest said something that completely surprised either of you like, or like pushed back completely on an assumption or an opinion that you had?
