You Never Know Who You're Welcoming

Well, this morning, I'm going to go straight into my topic Your theme is excellence.

And I've been asked to speak on entertaining angels and our words.

Amen.

And I don't know if some of you know where the verse is coming from or you think that it's just a nice rap.

Oh, entertaining angels and awares.

Oh, it sounds so nice.

Wow.

But when we read Hebrews chapter 13 from verse 1, it says, Let brotherly love continue.

Be not forgetful to entertain strangers.

For thereby some have entertained angels and are worse.

Amen.

Now the Bible says let brotherly love continue.

And it was written to the brethren.

It means that brotherly love can discontinue.

Brotherly love can dry up.

Brotherly love can be wiped out.

Sometimes it's not wiped out but it can fade.

But it's saying let, which means permit, allow brotherly love amongst us to continue because so many things come.

Sometimes even for good reasons that brotherly love should discontinue.

But the Bible says that by this shall all men know that you are my disciples if you have love one for another.

Now many times the body of Christ thinks that If God says you should love, it should be the easiest.

But that's one of the hardest things.

Because even though we are saved, we are still in this body.

And each of us brings a lot of problems.

But the Bible is saying that the Holy Spirit can still help us to let brotherly love continue.
