Kicker Will Reichard cleared five field goals to give the Vikings a 15-10 win against the Dolphins at U.S. Bank Stadium. Why couldn't the offense find the end zone? Minnesota Star Tribune reporters…
Andrew KrammerHostYeah, so Donovan Jackson will have imaging done on his knee tomorrow, uh, to get a better sense of how bad that injury is.
Obviously, a, a guy that had gotten off to a good start to the season, um, and you just wrote about him this week in terms of the, the growth he'd made in year two, so not somebody they wanna lose given his growth and his import to this group.
Christian Darrisaw left with a neck injury, and they put him through the concussion protocol, Kevin O'Connell said, because just you're checking for that when you have a neck injury, and I think it- the independent concussion evaluator wanted him to go through that.
He cleared the concussion protocol at that point, but then got hit a second time in the game, which created symptoms.
He said he basically didn't have an update of whether Darrisaw is in the concussion protocol at this point, but when you have symptoms, I would think that that's gonna continue to be evaluated.
I would think they're gonna be looking at that pretty closely, and this is obviously a guy that had, I think it was, I'm trying to remember, how many concussions in 2022?

Yeah, I can't remember exactly, but he, he had one and then came back and then had another.
But yeah, I, I think when you have the neck injury involved too, that's certainly one to keep an eye on heading into this week as they head to the Superdome, which will be, uh, quite loud, I would imagine, on Sunday.
Yeah, well, and Darrisaw was down for, uh, uh, at least a couple minutes when he sustained that neck injury, and at first, players were standing and milling about pretty normally, and then you start to see them drop to knees while they were still, well, they were still tending to Darrisaw.
