Tony MillerHostThose are just the four lenses that we help coaches take information to application.
'Cause you're right, like now more than ever, you really don't need information.
The problem is we have all this stuff, like how do I actually turn this into application? And that is what we help coaches do, and that's why we want this tool to do that.
So some things that we're gonna walk through, and I'm gonna do a screen share here.
But as far as like I have all these drills or games or constraints that I've heard coaches talk about, how do I move that into a practice plan? Or, uh, establishing a lead coach and support coach, I think that's something that we've talked about on, on this podcast before, is like, well, how do I bring that to action in my, my plan? Or I've got this coaching staff and we're identifying the roles for them.
So really we're not just building a hub for you to just put information in, like Tony Miller, six-foot guard, sniper from three.
It's, well, how do we develop him in his role? How do we make him better? Whether it's your players, your staff, uh, and then all your stakeholders in your program.

This may require us to pull this up, but I've found that coaches sometimes they struggle with the pacing of things.

Uh, they either install too much too fast or they take too long and fail to move on to the next thing.

Do you feel like, and again, you may wanna show us something here, but do you feel like this software kinda helps with that?
