Send us a message! We are at the finale of The Alchemist! This book quickly confirmed the fable-like atmosphere with a scene with the boy and the…
So we left off where the alchemist, he had just, the boy and alchemist had just met and he, the alchemist told him, if you survive this battle or whatever, then come find me.
And then the battle happens.
Now the battle's happening.
Um,
Yeah, there were 2,000 armed men scattered throughout the palm trees at Al Fayoum before the sun had reached its high point.
So 500 tribesmen appeared on the horizon.
So, like, they were prepared for whatever may or may not happen.
Mm-hmm.
They appeared to be a peaceful expedition, but they all carried arms hidden in their robes.
And then when they reached the white tent at the center of Al-Fayyum, they withdrew their scimitars and rifles and they attacked an empty tent.
At that point, the men of the oasis had surrounded the horsemen or the tribesmen that had come there from the desert.
And within half an hour, all but one of the intruders were dead.
The children were kept on the other side of the grove with the palm trees and saw nothing of what had happened, and the women had remained in their tents, also not seeing anything that happened.
It looked like a normal day in the oasis if it were not for the bodies littering the ground.
And then they brought all the chieftains and everything to go talk to.
Everything.
Everyone.
Everyone.
Yeah, and the chieftain gave him the gold that he promised him if he was right and asked him to become the counselor of the oasis.
But because he survived, the boy is like, okay, now I have to go find this alchemist.
And he does.
And he says, I'm here.
And the alchemist says, you shouldn't be here.
Motherfucker, what?
You told me to be here.
