So if you use your timer, that means that you have dialed in what is your sweat rate at different temperatures and different effort levels.
How do you come up with that and how do you use your timer effectively? And you have to adjust that timer.
Let's say right now in California, it's over 100 degrees every day versus, you know, a 50 degree Fahrenheit day.

I did this just the other day, 50 degrees, um, six, you know, start at 6.00 AM, finish the run 94 degrees, you know, cause I was doing like a four hour mountain run.

And so it's like, yeah, you, your, your last hour is completely different than that first hour.

If you drink liquids on the run, you just need to weigh that exactly how much you had to take it out of the equation.
