Q2 2026 LS. 12 - Share Him (Growing in a Relationship with God)

Amen.

So lesson number 12 begins Sabbath afternoon by giving us the Bible verses that we're gonna be covering in this lesson, Matthew 28:18 through 20.

I'll be looking at a little bit of those, a little bit the, of that.

2 Peter 3:18, 1 Peter 3:8 through 15, Hosea 7, Zechariah 10.

Our memory text is found in Isaiah chapter 50, verse four.

Let's take a look at this text.

I think it's going to speak to each one of you.

It really speaks to my heart when I read this text.

It says in Isaiah chapter 50, verse four, and this is something for all of us to claim as a promise, "The Lord God has given me the tongue of the learned-

That's right

... that I should know how to speak a word in season to him who is weary.

He awakens me morning by morning.

He awakens my ear to hear as the learned." So there's a lot in this verse.

God is going to give us the tongue of the learned.

He's gonna educate us so that we can know how to speak in the right, at the right time to those who are weary.

We're reaching out with the gospel to those who are weary.

God, not our alarm clock, is gonna awaken us morning by morning.

He's gonna awaken our ear to hear as He speaks to us through the Holy Spirit.

He's gonna hear, we're going to hear His voice, and He's going to educate us.

We're gonna hear as the learned.

That's a promise that you can claim.

If you feel like you're inadequate, you're not sufficient, you don't feel that you're able to share the Word of God, God promises in Isaiah chapter 50 in verse four, He promises that He is going to educate you, He's gonna awaken you, He's gonna fill you with a word to speak to those who are weary.

Praise God for that promise.
