George ImafidonGuestYannickHostAnd I feel like motorsport, and if I reference like Formula One, like that's a good sort of reference in terms of being able to champion both the individual and the team.
Because I used to watch, it's so
One now, but I used to watch it way back in the days.
I'm talking...
I'm talking like Michael Schumacher, Jenson, and Fernando Alonso, like the way, way back when.
yeah.
So at first I used to watch it and my brother used to watch it and I'm thinking, 49 laps, 59, or just this, they're just going
like in circles but then you start to become you know engulfed in it but like i always found it interesting that as i said like the individual um what was it like the individual champions and like the team exactly two different championships yeah yeah yeah two different um championships and and and you can see how important like the team is to the success of the individual.
And that sort of narrative continues like throughout the season, even when they're not driving.
Exactly.
You know, you're hearing Lewis Hamilton saying, I'm expecting my team to be able to build X, Y and Z for me next season.
He's flopped.
What are my team doing? Should I go to another? And, you know, that sort of...
cohesion that sort of development that coming together like how do we you know move along the journey with the driver yeah so we can both exactly you know succeed as a driver and you know as as a sort of racing car team so

exactly yeah that's powerful and i love and i think i picked up on that very early in order for me to perform well especially in this environment because this environment as well you don't have many people that are willing to go They're just happy with where they're at, with their kind of level.

So many ballers in Premier League are from South, you know what I mean? 16% or whatever it might be.

So it's not like I never had great people around me, but that's a few individuals.
