When I was in Japan, I realised that you have to search really hard to find your people, your cuisines or your network, your tribe.
So there was a time where I was really craving, I think it was like, I don't know, anything Nigerian.
So I think I settled with pounded yam and some sort of soup.
I think she was... either Congolese or Sierra Leonean, but she was cooking every sort of African dish in her restaurant because she was essentially, her headline claim was only African restaurant in Tokyo.
You got your specialities.

It's very easy.
Whereas if I wanted a black barber, for example, his headline claim, only black barber in Tokyo.
He's caught in the fact that he's caught Rich the Kid, Sway Lee and all of these things.
