And we do have after a few weeks numbers to report, including the big one from the crossover, uh, But let's go back in time to the last week in May.
And this was for the week of May 25th through the 29th, the final week of May in total viewers.
GH averaged 1,843,000 viewers, up 34,000 viewers from the week before, but down a mere 1,000 viewers from this time last year.
BTG averaged 1,576,000 viewers, down 50,000 viewers from the week before, but up 66,000 viewers from this time last year.
In the day-to-day numbers for women 18 to 49 and women 25 to 54, we're only counting Tuesday through Friday because Memorial Day was a repeat for both shows.
So for Beyond the Gates on Tuesday, in women 18 to 49, the numbers are Tuesday, 0.19. Wednesday, 0.13. Thursday, 0.22. And Friday, they were down to a 0.14.
In women, 25 to 54, the numbers were Tuesday, 0.25. Wednesday, 0.23. Thursday, 0.28. And Friday, they were down quite a bit to a 0.20. For General Hospital, their numbers.
In women 18 to 49 on Tuesday through Friday, Tuesday 0.16, Wednesday 0.25, Thursday 0.17, and Friday 0.12.
In women, 25 to 54, the numbers were Tuesday, 0.22, Wednesday, 0.28, Thursday, 0.24, and Friday, 0.17.
These numbers, very, very so-so, and both Friday shows took a tumble, with GH taking a bigger dip than Beyond the Gates.
I'm like, these darn ties that they keep on having.
And it was funny because I was, like, flipping through my notes trying to see.
I was like, what was, like, even happening during those weeks? Because I always like to look to see.
And then I'm just, like, scanning.
And I'm like, okay.
So, you know, we know the holiday was, you know, meh because that was – holiday so nothing counted for really for that at all um and then i'm just like okay so we have like the brief thing with deanna seeing ghost doug um we had hayley whining about her poison not act you know working fast enough as always we had uh gh and christina's ridiculous getting accepted to ucla medical school storyline and avon alexis taking a trek down to uh the knockoff manhattan ava jerome gallery um we had naomi and stuff after the wake of uh you know in the wake uh naomi and ashley in the wake of uh derrick's passing and like you know those those you know his the commendation for jacob the memorial service you know all those things but like for like as far as gh it was like nothing that was That was even warranting, like, them being, you know, being on top, if you could even say that they were on top, because, you know, considering it was a tie.
But still, like, you know, as you said, like, both soap operas, like, you know, Friday wasn't really, like, you know, a good one, but GH flopping on Friday for their standards.
I guess you can understand that, because it was, like I said, it was the Lazy Manhattan Gallery, and once again, Curtis just being his you know jerk self and uh willow and chase stuff so it's like there's not really anything riveting there so it's just one of those things where it's like okay like both both soap operas had stuff that wasn't necessarily hidden you know but it's still the tie is just i don't understand i understand how there's always a tie
