All right, guys, welcome back.
It's Wolfie's World.
I'm your host, Brian.
Again, the podcast by the 95 for the 95.
And today we got a real one on with us.
Big moment for the podcast.
You know, the guests keep leveling up with quality, and I'm just grateful to be able to bring these conversations to you.
And so today we've got 2026 men's Cocodona champion, second overall, triple crown and current course or event holder champion.
And really, for me, the biggest value to the sport and the community is just, he is one of the most curious, one of the most bold and critical thinkers in the sport.
Some of the podcasts that he's been on, I think have been some of the most fascinating and interesting conversations that touch on topics, you know, that are about performance, lifestyle, and just everything that the 95 encounters.
And so Killian, good morning.
Thanks for coming on, man.
It's great to have you here.
Appreciate the kind words and the introduction, and it's good to be here with you.

Yeah, yeah, you shared that with me right before we started the recording.
Just for a timestamp, yeah, I mean, it's Wednesday morning, August 26th.
It's, you know, like 6 a.m. here, Pacific Standard Time.
And so, yeah, I think that's been out, like you said, for about six hours or so.
And I plan to drop this, you know, the following Monday.
So hopefully by then there's some optimistic and good news that the community has received.
But yeah, you said it best, man, just thoughts and prayers.
And, you know, just everybody probably, you know, sending out their... their, their, their strongest energy, uh, into the community.
Absolutely.
Ah, all right, man.
So we'll take a deep breath.
Um, and then, yeah, I mean, the way that I kind of wanted to kick off with you was just, I know my listeners would probably kick my ass if I didn't ask first, how's the body, how's rehab, how's recovery, uh, after a big, you know, big surgery, how you, how you doing, how you
