Super pumped to be on this morning.

I'm going to crank out a kind of an emergency podcast or just one that we wanted to get out in front of everybody because I don't know about you, but I've been spending about the last four or five days since last Friday geeking the absolute F out about the last Seoul Ultra Backyard event over in Germany put on by Kim Gottward.

We had our boy Tyson over there crewing Harvey, and I had kind of just thought, like, I'll tune in.

My boy's over there crewing a legend, a goat of the backyard distance, and I'll see what's going on.

I had no expectations, and my God, my reality's been shattered.

I don't know about you, Kiefer, but I brought you on because you and I have just been going back and forth on text and calls and Just sharing the the excitement for trail running and what this means for ultra running, really.
