Carolyn MooreGuestNow, you talked a little bit about, you know, retirement job and or leaving one world behind.
I mean, you're doing this now, but you also could possibly move back into that other world.
What is the transition that you've been through, the journey you've been on, helped you understand about, you know, not necessarily abandoning one career before the next one's ready or not necessarily, you know, being A or B, but maybe, you know, a little bit of both?

At some point, the HR stuff, the consulting business will drift away in favor of more to pour my wine business.

But at this point, I really kind of need to run both things in parallel, just from a financial perspective.

And, you know, certainly as you build a business like Mortipore, it takes time.

And I know other people who I've spoken to before who are doing something similar as well.

In my case, it allows me to do the things I know how to do and do well, and then to take something that I have a passion for and do that in addition.
