Torsten LueddeckeHostNow, that is an incredible story, Yvette, and I'm very happy and want to thank you that you share it with the community because you've touched on so many important things that can basically save lives if people understand what you have just described here.
You came from a situation where Western medication and everything we know from science tells you there is no way you could heal, get better, recover.
Even to a point where they would say, you've got just a couple of days left to where you are now, having recovered all your skills, your abilities.
And not only that, from the way you talk, you seem to have an incredible lust for life and joy.
We might not be able to go through all of them, but let me just start with the last one that you said, where you said that the practice moved from, oh, this is something I have to do on a daily basis to stay healthy, to, wow, this is something I really enjoy and I can't wait to basically do by qin and qigong.
And that obviously is... an incredibly important point if you can get to that state.
Because what I've seen a lot is that I've heard many stories of people healing themselves with qineng qigong.
But what often happens that once they get healthy, it kind of fizzles out and you described something like it after your first recovery right you said you wouldn't practice for weeks yeah it was still on your mind but you kind of didn't do it anymore and um and then you know i often see that you know although it has worked the first time that people go back into their their states of illness and then they wonder why that happened and they get all upset But if you can get to a point where you enjoy the practice so much, there's just something you want to do, then I think it's the best thing you can do to stay healthy rather than causing new problems or getting back into any of the bad states.
I also want to say something that I haven't heard yet in the podcast, because some of the points we are talking about, I covered before in other podcasts.
But you said something amazing here when you said that when you lost the weight and you were really thin and you were basically just skin and bones, that you trusted your body, that this is what it needed at that stage.
And I think this could be a great, can be a great lesson for people to see, okay, well, even though, you know, I'm, you know, I'm going through a process of recovery or disease or something, the body knows what it's doing.
So it might look scary to me, but maybe it is just what the body needs to do at this moment in order to get me back into my health.
So this is a great way of getting out of the fear state and moving into the trust state.
If you've got such a diagnosis, how do you stay positive and don't go into the fear state? And if you look at yourself in the mirror and you say, oh my God, I've lost again weight, it's very difficult to get not into the fear state.
But this perspective that you've chosen to take makes it completely different.
If we catch a flu or something and then we get fever, we know we get the fever because that's just what the body needs to do in order to get rid of the flu.
