Before we get into our main topics, I found something useful the other day on Instagram.

I was scrolling through, letting my brain rot, and I come across something that was actually good and that I'd like to share with you guys.

And the basic idea is [laughs] the creator was talking about an idea called pronoia, which instead of paranoia, a paranoid person looks at the world and they see everything as potentially threatening.

Uh, different people are threatening, outside circumstances are threatening, the air is threatening, pollution is threatening.

Dear Lord, and you know, they s- they can't leave the house 'cause they're just paranoid of everything, and I think we know people like this.

Um, sometimes we haven't seen them in a while 'cause they're still stuck in their house, but there are people like this out there.

But this guy had a different idea, and his idea was called pronoia, that instead of being antagonistic against the world, we look at everything like it a- could have a potentially great outcome.
Imagine the opposite of paranoia.
Instead of fearing the worst, you believe the universe is constantly working in your favor.
This empowering mindset was coined not too long ago, and it's called pronoia.
Pronoia is when you're convinced the universe has a crush on you.
So why be paranoid when you can be pronoid and expect surprise parties from the universe? Embrace this beautiful belief and watch as the world conspires to shower you with blessings.
Imagine a world where every twist and turn in your journey is a wink from the universe guiding you towards something wonderful.
Lost your keys? Pronoia says it's the universe's quirky way of making you slow down and avoid that traffic jam.
The unexpected detour, a scenic route to your next big adventure.
Missed your bus? There's an interesting person you meet while you wait.
And if you like this, I have entire guided meditations you can listen to in your sleep that truly transform your subconscious to see the entire universe as working in your favor.
It changes everything.
