We've been walking through your tragic anniversary that you will never forget.

As I said before the recording started, we have a so short time to really share and reflect on your story.

You were totally shaken, but God used you to bring people to the healing light, like Jesus.

You remember when I was talking to you on the phone after maybe our community meeting, you're sobbing.

You're always sobbing when something remind or trigger you, but you're not sad.

Crying is not a shame and tears is not something that we need to hide or we need to stop.

With all the process of your journey, still the same instant, same triggers make you cry, but it's different.

Could you elaborate a little bit? I think about the fact that I had a quest for knowledge, a zeal for knowledge.

And that is what actually got me to ASU West, to a meeting that you were doing with showing a movie.

How could they not be with some of the lingering, almost like complex trauma, complex PTSD that I have from all the situations in my life and my family? And so I keep working at my own healing journey.

And why do I do that? I do it for me because I can't help anybody else until I find my own healing.

I experience the triggers from, well, we just had in the last few days a plane crash in Florida.
