To an extent, the same as in any other business world, in any other office space environment, you need to encourage mistakes.
You need to encourage the fact that something isn't gonna work, and yes, we are investing millions and millions of pounds in scientific discoveries, and it hurts when something doesn't work.
We need to encourage that thought process from individuals who are used to being allowed and being able to freely think differently.
Um, if you're trying to keep things standard in the same way it's always been, you're missing out on an awful lot.
Um, when you encourage different ways of thinking, when you encourage people challenging what the norm and what the status quo is, you can learn so much.
