Yeah.

What I would say is you need to remember what you're missing out on.

Um, if you're trying to keep things standard in the same way it's always been, you're missing out on an awful lot.

Um, when you encourage different ways of thinking, um, when you encourage people challenging what the norm and what the status quo is, you can learn so much.

We, we need to learn as an organization.

That's one thing that I'm keen to do within the ICR, is to encourage the leadership team listening as well, listening to our people, listening to our teams, what they need, what they need to succeed.
