So tell us a little bit about when we say complex cases, what are we really sort of talking about here?

Okay, let's break this down because exactly like you said, I just don't think we talk about this enough.

I'm sure I'm not alone in saying there's this misnomer out there that emotionally focused therapy is short term and easy.

And it's true, like we go, we go through the basic training and we often teach it in a more linear sort of easy way so that people can grasp the concepts.

And only a number of years ago, I started learning how to say, everyone, it's a fantastic model.

Because I think if you don't make it your own and do it from the inside out.

And we're going to have to practice EFT when it comes to supporting these cases because these are cases that need a whole treatment team.
