What happens when a group is made up of people with a shared conscious who refuses to disappear inside the group? I believe one difference between a destructive group and a healthy community is what belonging requires from you.

A healthy community can give people enough belonging to bring their expertise, their perspective, their questions, their disagreement, and themselves.

In that first walk on identity, I gave you examples of what human, what human beings can become together at our worst.

So this time, I wanna give you three examples of what can happen when we choose to build instead of destroy.
