Blazers Season Preview (EXCITED) | Blazers Podcast

You know, it's great, Gliss, because

it was a little bit colder yesterday.

I noticed a little chill in the air.

And it's like, all right, it's time.

It's time to sit inside, watch some Blazers basketball, and just know that you get to watch it for the next, I don't know, what, like six, seven months? And just know that pretty much every other day, every few days, there's going to be a Blazers game on.

It's so, I mean, oh, man, I'm stoked.

This is the time.

Like...

Because we talk about on the show, we have a segment after games where we wake up on the right side of the bed.

Even if the Blazers lose, we try to find a positive in it.

If you're not positive about the season now, like, I don't know.

I don't know if there's any hope for you.

Because this is the time.

Even, like, I think of the most, you know...

The biggest fan bases that have the most losses, like the New York Jets or the Cleveland Browns or even the Brooklyn Nets, like they are excited right now because every team is zero and zero and there's the ultimate hope and you never know what can happen.

There's always teams that break out who weren't supposed to.

There's always teams that become elite who weren't supposed to be elite.

So this is the time where it's like this is the most hope that you can have.

And that brings us, Gliss, to this matchup, which you could argue Blazers-Suns was the best game of the year last year for Blazers fans.

I mean, if you're talking about highs, it's up there.

The Blazers beat the Suns in the play-in game.

Just an incredible game from Denny Advia.

Everyone was amazing in that game.

I mean, I've watched the highlights a couple times since then, and so this will be a rematch of that game.

You know, the Suns lose the play-in game at home, and you've got to assume, you know, there's definitely some feelings from that game.
