and with when you were just talking about the elevation how does that going back to wine how does the golan play into your decisions of where you're growing grapes as far as the altitude in the soil
as high you grow the the the grapes you'll get probably a better wine And here we grow the grapes about 730 meters above sea level.

and the soil is a Brazil no it's called basalt the so in Hebrew I think you guys say basil

good soil to grow grapes when you're tasting something that's grown in the in the basalt or the basalt compared to, say, the opposite end of Israel, what characteristics do you taste that are different?

And maybe help describe what is minerality to, like, for someone that's never tasted wine, you and I know what minerality might taste like, but what's another adjective that you would use to describe that?

One of the things that I encountered that helped me understand the minerality aspect is this is just one thing.

I think there's many, but when you have smelled the smell of rain, fresh rain, hitting a wet stone outside all

there's a there's a certain smell this is the mineral yeah that's some that's one of it that's one aspect of it i think it's different because you've got limestone minerality you have the bazell the basalt minerality which is somehow different i don't i don't yet have words for it myself so i was hoping you did
